#35. "WAR SHIP"

Once a war ship steered I for the Navy
so brutal she was you don't know.
True and sure on course did I keep her steady,

Against Main Stream Media (MSM)

For what purpose,
would a very large group of persons,
of a much varied background,
religious belief, ethnicity and national origin,
speak their hearts in unison,
to disavow and deny,
“The Governments explanation"
to “EVENT 91101”, as being the TRUTH,
except it be an advantage to those who listen!

To know the TRUTH is most certainly an advantage
and a shield against ones enemies. So too, knowing
who the enemy is, may actually keep one “FREE”
and perhaps save ones life!

I am told the TRUTH will set one free;
at the same time the TRUTH may also imprison one!
If a stated event is a lie and your eyes are opened
to the truth and then there are those who do not

Therefore we must explore another component of

Of The World Trade Center Complex.

Like The Twin Towers, Building #7 also
collapsed “into its own footprint”

the fall of the Towers.

The states now receive huge sums of revenue from tax on
cigarettes, cigars, chew, smokeless tobacco, liquor, wine and beer.

Now is an understatement!

They, the states governments have been gleaning billions of dollars from
these taxes and stuffing this cash into their many bottomless pit pockets for
over 70 years!

If this is not enough, which it apparently isn't, now these
same states that have sucked the blood of the people through
and by this tax mechanism, are now attempting, and in some
cases have already been quite successful, in suing the tobacco industry
for a bigger slice of this bitter sweet money pie;
while I might add they still continue to receive the tax on
these "alleged killers"!

The question might be asked; just what do "they", the states,
do with this money?

Did "they" use this tax windfall to produce:
anti-smoking advertisements and educational forums?

I don't think so.

It seems the anti-smoking advertisements and educational
productions began "after " they " the states started winning
the suits against "their sugar daddy" tobacco companies!

In either aspect it all appears a little HYPOCRITICAL.

Maybe it's just me and my mis-understanding.

The states main claim against the tobacco industry is:
HEALTH CARE COSTS.

The states say , they have to "cough up" (no pun intended) the
payment for lung cancer and related illness born through
smoking and chewing tobacco products.

Please don't get me wrong; I AM NOT PRO-TOBACCO!

Although I know smoking tobacco products is absolutely a killer;
it is not the tobacco at fault, it is those who smoke and those
who support, promote and ALL who profit from tobacco.

Of course we all know it is "tobacco companies",
"their share holders" and "their employees" who reap
the most profit and thus should also be awarded special fault;
and yes of course because of any deception, the
special awards should be squared.

Let us not forget the health care industry in general!
Oops I amolst forgot; The Mortuaries and the Cemetaries!

As it is said, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that
applying heat to something designed to cool will ultimately cause
failure to some degree. Now add many destructive chemicals to
the mix and what do you get; total failure.

It just seems to be, on the part of the states, such a great farce!

How can the states justify their actions?

Shouldn't the states, since they have a share in the profits,
also claim
"their share" of the responsibility and the guilt?

But NO; instead the states claim "they" have been fouled!

Imagine that!

Also, these same states are trying to limit the amount of monies
to those who have been adversely affected through either
illicit or improper activities such as, fraud or malpractice.

The "Frivolous Law Suit" controversy is a hot topic these days
with many Law makers and Lobbyists.

Those who have been or might become injured by corporations,
doctors, hospitals and the like, are being told:

If you are injured, even if those that harmed you,
the defendants; get the asses severely kicked in court;
We, "the states" shall determine the "cap limit" you
may be awarded and that's that; and
even if you lost both of your arms because of your
"unfortunate experience" because of a faulty product
the answer is:
NO; "WE" won't come and help you wipe your ass and
Oh by the way, you just bought a pack of cigarettes,
thanks for paying your our tax!

"OUR" social system has become quite beastly;
no matter how many "time outs" we take.

Those that terribly injure others will have to pay a
minimal responsibility tab for "their so called errors",
no matter how much suffering those who were injured
shall have to endure!

Who stands to gain most from a system operated in this fashion?

Now switching tracks but still the same destination.

Northern California, July 14th, 1991 / You might recall;
Southern Pacific Railroad dropped a tanker car full to brim,
with 19,000 gallons of a bio-cide called
Metam Sodium (Vapam),
into an uppermost part of The Upper Sacramento River,
at a loop bridge called Cantarra;
consequently killing 45 miles of the river.

Everything in the river, plant or animal died. The plant life along
the river and the animal life that drank from the river died;
birds, bears, deer, squirrels, etc, died.

Even insects and earthworms died and disappeared as a result of
the huge cloud of toxic fumes created from the
8 gallons of water /1 gallon of chemical (poison) mix ratio.

Lets do the math: 8 x 19,000=152,000
That's 152,000 gallons of an extremely deadly poison
dumped into the river.

Another way to view or imagine this event, would be to take
8 of those 19,000 gallon tanker cars "full of raid" and
then dump them off the bridge!

This shit was so bad, it was reported by some of the first
responders that the beautiful rainbow trout were
jumping out of the water, onto the banks trying to escape
the angel of death that was invading their habitat.

This story is so deep, that in the future I intend to write a more
in depth account entitled "QUAKE AT CANTARRA".

It was at around this time the "frivolous lawsuit" controversy
was in it's infancy, but even then it was a very hot topic in California.

California, Oh California,
what a ravenous monster you are!
Fed daily by your corporate suitors,
you are their shining star.

Back to the "Cantarra Spill" as it was called.

Why yes of course a lawsuit was filed and a massive one at that,
with over 3,000 personal injury plaintiffs that would become
"class plaintiffs" in what I was told was the first major
"personal injury class action" law suit for California.

If this wasn't enough, there was a "business class" added
and then a "evacuation class" and finally
a "property owner class".

Four (4) major classes all stemming from one action.
This was definitely a first for California.

I must also mention the State of California also filed
"their own" suit against Southern Pacific.

After only 3 years of battle in court,
the "four classes" simultaneously settled!

These were mainly the people of: Mt. Shasta City, Dunsmuir,
Castella and Lakehead; the same people who lived, worked,
played, had businesses and raised their children in and around
these affected areas.

$15 million was the final settlement figure.

After deducting the
MANY Law firms take of about $6 million,
thereby
leaving the people the balance of about $9 million;
Remember, these are the ones who:
actually breathed for days the poisonous fumes and got sick,
the ones who in some cases unexpectedly lost loved ones,
the ones who lost their businesses,
the ones who were called "guinea pigs".
(cause no one knew the future effects of the chemical exposure)

The State of California:
also settled "their suit" against SP for the grand total of:
not 10, not 20, not 30 but $42 million!

That's $27 million more than those who were
directly and personally affected by the actual assault!
( actually the sum would be $33 million more if you
discounted the lawyers take!)

California, Oh California,
what a ravenous monster you are!

I am sure Siskiou County who stated publicly:
"they had a great working relationship with SP
and would not file suit" got" their fare share"!

Though there were some;
"implied criminal actions by SP noted",
no prosecution of the law was pursued.

Recently, I became aware of a new element
concerning The Cantarra Spill; one that implies that:
after "the initial incident of derailment",
SP "intentionally dropped" the hanging tanker car
into the river, with specific intention.
Of which I "shall not" state at this time,
however this needs be and shall be examined further.

Just for the record;
I always believed
"punitive damages" needed to be applied.
Just ask Judge Pollack!

Now back to the other track.

Though this law suit did not set a cap on the amount of award,
this example clearly illustrates:
"what is good for the goose
is not good for the gander"!

And "they" the states governments want to tell you and me
how much our lives are worth!

Just who do "these people" think they are anyway?

Really, who are "they"?

Well, they are: your friends, your neighbors, your family members;
"they" are those who work for the states and receive the many
benefits such as the great wages, the many vacation days with pay
and the great health insurance packages, etc.

"These" are quite simply and without becoming too derogatory,
"all government employees".

There actually is a "We" and a "They"!

Is it up to "We" to keep "They" in line,
or is it up to "They" to keep "We" in line,
or is it "Me" to keep "Me" in line and
just exactly where is the line anyway?

I don't seem to know do I?

But this I do know:
corporation can be four letter word- "CORP" and
it appears to me that The States seem to want to protect
the Corporations more than "We the people they serve",
yes I know
"The States" also serve the Corporations just needs,
but you get my point; don't you?

Or do you really?

If you take a closer look; The States
actually appear to work more like Corporations;
take, take, take and give as little as possible!

So what about the limits?

How about we limit
The States and Federal governments?

Oh no!

Don't even think about limiting these monsters appetites.

That is, unless we collectively get off our asses and
with unity, peacefully with our immensely strong voice
stand up against them.

Why is it, the former governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Ridge, was
chosen to be "the" director of Homeland Security?

Remember, this was an office that did not actually exist until very
shortly after "Event 91101", THE PRESIDENT, George W. Bush
created or, brought forth to light this "new" agency!

The question arises; "was this agency planned before Event 91101"?

At that time, in essence, President Bush said to
"the people of Pennsylvania":
Tom Ridge, is now "not" the Governor of Pennsylvania;
Tom Ridge is now The Director of Homeland Security!

Who gave permission to the President to create a new office?

How is a new office of the United States created?

Does one "speak the word" and "it is"; or does one suggest,
propose, or offer the idea of a new office to Congress and
the American people?

Tom Ridge was the presiding Governor of Pennsylvania,
specifically chosen by "the people of Pennsylvania",
for "the people and purpose of Pennsylvania"a separate State!

How is it a President can "over ride" the voice of the people?

The people of Pennsylvania "did not" elect the Lt. Governor to
be "The Governor"; they "the people" chose Tom Ridge!

They "the people", basically had "their choice" stolen
away from them!

Oh yes of course the job was "offered" to Tom Ridge and "HE"
took it; and yes "HE" could have denied the position but
he did not and consequently, left "the people" who chose "him"
to run and hopefully prosper "their state" shaking their heads.

It seems to me , if a person runs for "a office" and is elected to
that office by the "will of the people"; then that person shall
stay in that office until either:
they are legally removed from the office by "the people" for
a crime against "the people or the States Constitution",
or "proved incompetence",
or they suffer from ill health and cannot maintain the office,
or they outright resign the office because "they" do not want
the "job responsibility" any longer. PERIOD

"They" should not ; be able to leave "their position" or "post" to
take "any other government position, again PERIOD.

"They", who were "elected" should be "made to follow through"
with their commitment to the people who elected them!

Consider this; much of tax payer time and monies were spent on
the election process and lest we be called "unfair", let us
not forget to mention the "other candidates" who also wanted
the position, but could not have the position, because "they"
were bested by the winning candidate, who now decides "they" no
longer want the position because of "greener pastures" or
"what ever" and leaves!

Perhaps "the losing candidate(s)" might actually have been
"the winning candidate" if the candidate "who actually won",
had not even run, cause "they" decided "they" really didn't want
the job in the first place.

Such is politics right......or maybe a well thought out and
deliberate "political chess move"....quite possibly a great way to
progress a much greater hidden agenda!

Back to the questions;
Why Tom Ridge?
Why a presiding governor?
Why not someone else, someone else "not already obligated"?

Why choose Tom Ridge to oversee not just a security office but
a security office of "major concerns", when Tom Ridge had little
or NO experience in security?

It is a little ironic, that "Flight 93" went down in Pennsylvania,
that's right Pennsylvania and "yes" there is and has been major
questions and controversy concerning "how", "why" and even "if"

Today March 2nd, 2004, is the second anniversary of the
installation of "The Office Of Homeland Security".

Today President Bush stated the reason he chose Tom Ridge was;
"Tom Ridge had management and assessment abilities".

ACTION/ REACTION, is not only just a law of physics; it also becomes the
rule of thumb pertaining to some psychological responses in us humans, ie;

ACTION - you stuck your nose where it didn't belong; (UMA; slang)
(and now politically correct) into my life and business, thereby irritating me.

REACTION - I pulled out the object that was causing my irritation!

Although it may appear to be tit for tat, it is not; one of these two
perpetrated the initial act and caused the REACTIVE RESPONSE
which was: to remove that which did not belong

This scenario is exactly the foundation Osama Bin Laden applies his logic
and his devastating hand to; as he fights what "HE" believes is a
"Holy" and "Just" war. A war against a "bully" that "HE" (Bin Laden)
believes is intent on "undoing"a society of people thousands of years old;
a society of people, "the bully" believes needs to be changed to:
the image of "the bully".

Osama Bin Laden believes "in his heart" that "the bully" is enemy to his
sacred society, with sacred being the key word.

Is Osama Bin Laden correct in his assumption that "the bully" desires to
subvert the way which is, to the way that is "the bullies"?

Perhaps Osama Bin Laden is a history buff and intently examined the
unjust acts of murder, rape, pillage and theft perpetrated against the
many natives who inhabited the continent known as North America.

In essence these unjust acts were the birthing pangs of the nation called
America!

That "beastly bully" that devoured the "North American" natives, is
the very same "bully" that Osama Bin Laden calls his enemy,

Maybe Osama Bin Laden sees the end result of destruction which was
wrought against these native peoples.

Perhaps "HE" feels the pain of a once proud and ancient people who were
decimated by the seemingly cold, heartless, self centered and insensitive
acts of a "beastly bully" and says; this shall not be for my people.

Even if Osama bin Laden has no knowledge of the above mentioned facts,
I am sure "HE" has a great understanding of his ancestors and their fight
and plight against a "bully", that once came and not only destroyed and
conquered, but also split up and divided their heritage.

If so, does this justify "HIS" (Bin Laden) actions or make right what
"HE" does.

No; Absolutely not.

Osama Bin Laden as all of us do, has the obligation to act human, not beastly.

Humpty Dumpty wasn't put back together properly and since, there has
been much strife and turmoil throughout the region of the "Middle East"!

There is that ACTION/ REACTION thing again.

Are "WE", The United States Of America a "beastly, bully" nation?

Do we practice what we preach and are we civil?

Does the bottom line of a corporation dictate or justify the casting off of
a long time employee as if they were dead skin cells of a body?

It would seem if a business was in dire straits and it's life was at stake and
the need to let someone or some body's go; then it would seem appropriate
to let the newest employees go first, not the employees that have been with
the company for a long time and have been mainly responsible for it's
health and growth.

But no, we can save "more money" buy axing the old guy cause we will be
due to pay him a hefty sum for his retirement!

Is this action; lacking in sensibility or refined feeling; rough or rude;
savage or cruel; unconscionable or merely material,
in essence beastly or brutal?

If the answer is yes, then I would ask "why" would any group of humans
seeking a "civil" way of life wish to be a partaker of this
"non civil" attitude?

Also, take the stripping away the authority of a Court Judge to appoint or
affix "their" judgement in the matters of assessment and appointment of
sentences; instead of applying the "systems" cold fixed sentencing mandates.

Could this activity also be considered to be brutal, by being a limiting factor
to the application of sound reasoning, based upon a complete understanding
of need concerning any given situation?

Could a Police type State in which the Civil rights of people are daily trodden
upon be considered beastly?

Could treating humans as just a number or a mark, or a market target also
be considered beastly?

Is it possible,"the rules of law(s)" or "the divine commandments"
actually define and differentiate the beast from the human?

Is the expression of:
bringing the mouth to the food or water
verses
bringing the food or water to the mouth;
a possible "tell" on beastly verses human.

When the beasts are at war, civility is no more.

There is a "double jeopardy factor" applied to
those citizens who are cited for traffic violations
in construction zones and in school zones; thus
putting a new spin on the old adage
"you should have known better"!

It appears the states, counties and cities believe
a driver should have more respect for construction
workers and students and they may have it right!

I am in "no" contention with this policy, as
I believe that by doubling the fines; lives may be and
most probably have already been saved.

If this practice is constitutional, I believe this same type
of punishment or "corrective measure" should also be
applied to another important issue; this being,
governmental agencies and law enforcement agencies,
specifically including any and all who swear on oath:
to protect and serve and uphold the U.S. Constitution.

Corrupt government corrupts the society it serves;
though the society wishes not to be corrupted or used,
abused and preyed upon, it will be and has been the
fodder for many; especially by law enforcement agencies
and their perspective authorities, these being:
the municipalities, cities, counties, states and
federal agencies.

Currently there is a disgusting, over bearing stench
of arrogance emitting from
the law enforcement communities of this country.

The main odor offending the olfactory nerves of
the public in general is;
"they" the law enforcement communities feel "they" are
"above the law";
the very same law they have sworn an oath to uphold!

At one time in this country, the general public had a
much higher level of respect for their police;
those who swore to protect and serve them, "the people".

Presently there is a high level of disrespect!

Cause and effect.

Before law enforcement can enforce the law, "THEY"
should have a complete knowledge and understanding
of the law; especially law pertaining to CIVIL RIGHTS!

This knowledge of the law is part of the basic training
and requirements of a police academy graduation;
or so it should be.

For an officer of the law to claim ignorance of the law
would be ridiculous,
but yet this happens every single day.

It is not ignorance of the law by which those who
swore an oath to uphold the law, break the law;
it is by arrogant hypocrisy the dirty deed is done!

If those of the general public lose confidence in those
who swore an oath to protect them;
a "lack of trust attitude" could in essence be reflected
from the people.

I believe trust in law enforcement agencies and
their personnel is essential to the well being and
security of a community and or a nation.

If this statement holds true, the importance of;
"perfect conduct" in upholding the law becomes
paramount.

Therefore.....
"YOU DO NOT BREAK THE LAW...
TO UPHOLD THE LAW"!

I also sincerely believe this arrogance I speak of,
stems from a prejudice of law enforcement personnel
in general, this being; that "they" believe,
"they" are better than those they serve,
with serve being the key word.

Any and every one who is a government employee
is exactly this; "a servant to the people"...period!

Most certainly "they" are not above the law.

Being given a badge of authority over your fellow
citizens, implies faith and trust in your ability to:
protect and serve their righteous needs;
it absolutely does not give warrant to separatism.

The violating of a law by an "ordinary citizen" ;
(I say ordinary in comparison to a
"government employee citizen"), prompts the society
through the judicial system to push, prod, demand
and coheres the offender to comply and conform to
the law our society has deemed to be the better way.

The degree of force applied by society on the
convicted offender, is intended to be the tool or
mechanism by which the the breach of law is repaired;
hopefully equitably.

I say equitably, for in some instances there is an
unfair burden applied against the offender and yes,
sometimes not a heavy enough burden is issued.

In the cases of convicted law enforcement and
government personnel offenders, "their" sentencing
burdens are usually lessor in weight than
that of the "ordinary citizens", or so it appears!

Why is this?

These law enforcement and government personnel
are supposed to know the law, especially those in
law enforcement.

Why should "these" get lessor penalties?

Should "these" not have to pay a greater fee for the
breaching of the laws "they" have sworn to uphold?

I say yes!

I believe "they" law enforcement and government
employees, should "pay double fines and double time"
for their offence against the laws "they"
have sworn to uphold.

Why?

Because "they" are in a "higher position of trust"!

Perhaps the doubling up of the sentencing guidelines
to those who have sworn an oath to protect and serve,
will help alter and curb this insidious threat to the peace,
security and civil rights of many of our citizens.

I now propose "A Bill" to create a law, to:
"double the fines and time"
to those who have sworn an oath,
"to protect and serve and also,
to uphold The Constitution".
who then become convicted offenders
by any court adjudication.

When it comes time to appoint a derogatory comment to something or
anything that may be inappropriate, out of line or just plain wrong;
nothing does a better job or compares to the short version which is:
"THAT SUCKS"!

Since "THAT SUCKS" seems to be the national choice of words to show
apparent disdain, I figured the term "SUCKS" or "SUCS" deserved a more
in depth definition especially when applied to certain situations or
circumstances such as; the above RPD "SUCS" statement I personally
appointed to what I believed to "have been" ( now ?) a foul agency.

I believed the foulness practiced by this agency may have actually
subverted the law and consequently does UNDO the society it has
sworn an oath to "Protect and Serve!

SOCIETY UNDONE BY A CORRUPT SYSTEM: is this a truth?

Can the core security of a society be UNDONE by corruption?

Why yes of course!

To what degree?

One one thousand of one percent (1/1000 of 00.1%) of corruption is
too much; fifty percent (50%) is so much more and
one hundred percent (100%) well that's through and through right.

So if you happen to live in a community that lets say is only
10% corrupted, especially in this century; Lucky you!

But if you happen to live in lets say LA, Detroit, New York, New Orleans,
Chicago, or any other city where corruption is not scarce but the norm;
and you might be a person of color or economically challenged,
my heart goes out to you, cause you no damn well of just what
UNDONE actually means.

It doesn't really have to be a Police Dept. that one can attach a label to,
although the police departments are pretty fair indicators of the cities or
municipalities they represent.

If the Police agencies in your communities practice what is commonly
referred to as "PRO-ACTIVE POLICING", odds are, though you live in
a democratic community where you have elected officials; you are more
than likely being treated like you live in some Third World Fascist country
rather than the USA, cause when it comes to PRO-ACTIVE POLICING,
this usually means your civil rights are being trodden upon,
or "UNDONE"!

Generally PRO-ACTIVE POLICING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
are very obtrusive and intrusive and if you don't believe me just ask
Rodney King (LA) or Malice Green (Detroit) or Mikey Hill (also Detroit)
or how about Amadu Diallo (New York City) or any other of the many,
many citizens who have had their civil rights "stolen" from them.

That's right, I said stolen!

Though Rodney King was able to speak about "his" ordeal of the
violation of his civil rights; I must apologise for stating Malice Greens
name for he is no longer able to speak as his life was taken from him by
The Detroit Police while practicing PRO-ACTIVE POLICING.

Again, I must also apologise for using Amadu Diallo's name as his life also
was taken from him by the New York City Police for trying to remove his
wallet from his front pant pocket as four armed NYC under cover plain
clothes officers were pointing their weapons at him from a darkened street.

Amadu, who was a legal immigrant; may have thought he was doing the
right thing by "maybe" thinking he was being robbed and the four wanted
his money; or "maybe" Amadu thought the four men "were" the Police and
he was going to identify himself by showing them his papers.

We really don't know why Amadu was reaching for his wallet; cause the
four cops on the street "probably" well placed behind some cover,
collectively fired from near point blank range at Amadu 41 times,
hitting Amadu with 19 bullets almost instantly killing him and silencing
this innocent human being forever.

The cops said they didn't no Amadu was reaching for his wallet!

They "the cops" thought he was reaching for a weapon!

Was it a fear induced hallucination that caused one
of the officers to yell "GUN"?

No one knows why "this unfortunate incident" took place!

Well I know why!

It's plain and outrageously simple.

WHY?

The answer is: COWARDICE - times FOUR!

Electronic balloting, especially without a reliable paper trail;
it's just plain wrong!

Problems:

#1. Unreliable
#2. Fraud through tampering
#3. Cost:

...............B. Maintenance
#4. No paper trail (receipt):
...........................................A. No way to track fraud
............................................B. No reliable way to accomplish recount

Of all the problems facing the electronic balloting without a
reliable paper trail method is:
#4. B. No reliable way to accomplish recount.

This (#4. B.) is absolutely the most important and significant reasons to
dump electronic voting without a paper trail.

Why?

If one is on the ballot and looses the election, this person has the right to
call for a recount. If there is no reliable way to accomplish the recount
because of no tangible paper trail able to be physically scrutinized for "any"
imperfections, up to and including "visible signs of alteration" and or
misprinting of "any nature", then it would appear that this "lack of evidence",
may, could or would disable the recount and in essence would
infringe on the right to a reliable recount.

If one cannot accomplish a reliable recount, then tracking fraud would seem
as impossible.

The second best reason to dump electronic voting is:

B. Maintenance

As I understand electronic voting;
A. - the systems can only be programmed by the company that sells
the machines, which "may" allow some intrusion or subversion to
the voting process. In other pure and simple words, voting fraud!

B. - the actual dollar amount to program and maintain the machines is
at this time exorbitant and with the progression of time, expected to
increase not decrease!

Add the possibility of The People being at the mercy of a single
supplier/contractor, the state tax payers may find themselves in the
proverbial "bend over position".

TO BEND AND YIELD IS ONE THING
TO BEND OVER IS ANOTHER! FCdN

As it is, the cost for voting is already high and every effort should
be made to not only keep the cost low, but also keep the hungry lips
of those who want to suck the governments tits dry at bay.

If the electronic system has a check and balance , is fraud proof, has a
tangible paper trail (receipt) and is economical in operation go for it;
if not flee from it!

Why complicate the simple issue with stupid assertions or desires of
those who wish to subvert and corrupt that which is sound or good.

Those in the business of subverting that which is sound or good should
take heed and be aware of the fact, that playing with fire will
get them burnt.

Remember Bastille Day! Oops I'm sorry, wrong country.

No I'm not; that's just pure Eveplebeodious on my part!

The truth is, when the people of France finally had enough, "they" did
something about it.

Although I DO NOT CONDONE VIOLENCE, it took a lot of balls for the
French people to stand up and set things straight; this from a people who
are said to not have any balls!

Actually it is the people of this country, the good old USA that don't
seem to have any balls; how else can anyone explain why the citizens of
the USA put up with SO MUCH SHIT FROM THEIR GOVERNMENTS,

Well I am sorry again; I might be wrong about you not having any balls!
There really are some other reasons why Americans put up with
SO MUCH SHIT FROM THEIR GOVERNMENTS, THEIR ELECTED OFFICIALS,

EMPLOYEE'S OF YOUR (OUR) GOVERNMENTS.

Some other reasons why these people put up with SO MUCH SHIT are:
APATHY
NO TIME
DON'T CARE
SELFISHNESS
IT'S EASIER TO JUST PAY THE FINE
IT DOESN'T APPLY TO ME AND

You may have noticed, I keep saying governments implying pluralism and
this is true to a point!

In essenence what I am trying to say is; this country,
The United States Of America is really NOT UNITED!

In fact, this country may probally be the most divisive nation on earth.
We have so many different governments and rules of law, that we must
certainly be the must complex nation on earth to say the least.

Example: I live here and I want this certain rule of law, so I help this
certain rule of law or proposition become law with my vote.

I now move to a completely different area in the country or state. I now,
no longer have the benefit of this law that I helped get passed as a
security device or whatever the reason I thought I needed this law.

The people who now move to where I was, now have this law that they
have to abide by even though they would have voted against it,
if they had the choice; and guess what, coincidentally I just moved to
where they just moved from and yeppers;
I don't like the laws that they helped to pass!

Because we Americans are so fluid and move so very often, we are
completely at the mercy of chaos when it comes to OBEYING THE LAW.
This process goes on and on, over and over.

ONE RULE, ONE LAW.

YEAH RIGHT.

THIS COUNTRY THRIVES ON CONFUSION AND HER PEOPLE SUFER ON!

Gore vs Bush - (2000) a great example of denying the peoples collective

sound - solidly good or reliable; without defect as to truth, justice or reason.

In 2004, (when to vote and why I have not was actually written) The rapper,
Russel Simmons, who was personally involved with
The Rock The Vote campaign stated:
" To vote is the most American thing you can do".

I say the most important American thing one can do is;
If you vote: BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VOTE!

Just because "you voted" doesn't mean you have "completed"
all your chosen duty.

You must then watch and study intently your choice(s) to make sure these
represent righteousness to not only your interest but also,
all the peoples interests.

For example,to bring this writing more current; to those of you who voted
for Barack Obama to be President, congratulations, but now I ask you to
consider these questions:

Where is the change in Washington when two of President Obama's cabinet
choices have been tax evaders and one, The Secretary of the Treasury has
already been "approved" by Congress even though the country's economic
atmosphere is so dangerously thin, causing so very many to
desperately gasp for a breath to just survive let alone prosper.

Though some would and will say this type of tax evasion is frivolous,
I ask is it not this evasion based on fraud, greed and deceit;
the same type activities that the Banks and Wall Street financiers
delivered to the people?

Isn't this the same type activity that President Obamastated to the country
and the world was: "shameful" and "the height of irresponsibility"!

Oh by the way Mr. President, I believe "the height of responsibility" would
actually now lie with the government if "they" allow the fraud , greed, deceit,
and corruption to go unchecked, and unpunished.

Concerning these "frivolous tax evasions, You say No, These were just mistakes!

These were financial mistakes made by people who make a living off of
finance, economics and the making of money in general and we the people
are expected to believe these were legitimate mistakes!

So the question to you who voted for Obama is:
Are you going to make me have to put up with this?

The next question is not about The Presidents first 100 days, it is of
his first 100 hours.

Again to those of you who voted for President Obama;
are you aware of the fact that within 48 hours of his taking on the
presidency, President Obama breached the sovereignty of
the Nation of Pakistan and put the blood of innocent people on
not only his hands but also yours as well!

So the question to you who voted for Obama is:
Are you going to make me put up with this?

BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VOTE!

I am not a Democrat or a Republican Party Member,.

I do not believe in a cast system of any type and do truly believe the practices of
the two party system in America creates division not unity.

Yes I know there is also the Green Party and The Independent Party and
The Constitutionalists Party, but for all intents and purposes there is really
only the Democrats and the Republicans that play in "The Game";
can we at least agree on this!

Each of these two parties consider themselves to be better than each other;
so it surely makes one wonder how "these" feel about those who are not
a member of either of their pomp ass, egotesticle, self serving and
power hungry clubs.

Independent, what is that? Is this what it means to be an Independent;
alone and without?

Presently, due to their hawkish and arrogant attitude being displayed,
(remember I wrote this in 2004) I have great disdain for the
Republican Party, The President, His Administration, the ball less Democrats
and the constant 37% of citizens who look in the mirror and refuse to face
the reality of the "true peril" brought upon this nation by;
"their support" of The War called "Operation Iraqi Freedom".

I am obviously irritated and one of the actions that irritates me the most is,
someone (example) like Michael Bloomberg who would spend $15,000,000.00
of his own money to campaign for a job position that pays sooo much less!

What is also as obvious is the fact that IT IS THE POWER OF MONEY
THAT DETERMINES WHO SHALL SIT IN A POSITION OF POWER!

I believe the present political system is UNFAIR! Unfair clearly denotes
UNEQUAL! Unequal, according to the creed of "non discrimination"
(in this case economic) clearly denotes FAILURE and FARCE!........

FAILURE = TILT = GAME OVER.

There are those "of you" who say;
"because I have not voted I should not have any say".

You are to be dependable.
you are to be diligent.
You are there to protect the very lives of the rest.

You are vitally important to the future of your squad or perhaps
your entire Company.

You are their life line.

As they sleep , you watch.

You see a suspicious movement; you hear a strange sound
and you alert the others and they are now awake and prepared.

In comes the enemy and the battle ensues; the enemy is beaten
and they withdraw.

Of your fellows, there are many wounded and some losses.

An investigation is wrought; it is found you performed your duty well.

You are not held responsible for the wounded and the lost;
their blood is not on your hands.

You are decorated for you exemplary service.

THE WATCHMEN

As they sleep you watch.

As you watch you get sleepy.

You cannot keep your eyes open.

You fall asleep.

You are awakened to gunfire, screams, and chaos.

You hear the bullets whizzing through the smoke filled air.

The darkness is interrupted by huge balls of fire emanating from
exploding grenades and the muzzle flashes of many small arms weapons.

It seems the attack will never end, but finally and fortunately the
enemy is forced to flee in retreat and the battle is over.

Your enemy has successfully completed a vicious hit and run mission
against you and your charge.

As the smoke clears you hear the cry's of the wounded.

As the morning light creeps into the day you can now see.....
you are surrounded by death and destruction.

Many of your comrades are now dead and wounded.

An investigation is wrought; it is found that you were negligent.

You are charged for your negligence.

You are found guilty as charged.

Their blood is upon your hands.

Your possible sentence? Death!

Your sentence is:
You are busted to E1.
You are jailed for 40 years to life in a military prison; no good time.

You are in hell remembering;
those you let down,
those who were wounded and
those who died because of your failure.

Both of these scenarios speak of true and complete justice, but...
is there this true and complete justice for all in America?

Why is it that subordinates are usually held accountable and have
to pay the responsibility tab, while their bosses seem to get away with
the slight; or at most get a slap on the hand or maybe a small fine?

It also appears government employees seem to slip through the cracks
kinda like a cockroach does when ever you try to nail them.

Have you ever noticed how they (the cockroaches) have what appears
to be a pre-planned escape route!

Thank goodness they (I am still referring to the roaches) aren't rich;
cause who knows what kinda protection they could buy!

I must apologise for the humor or at least the attempt; cause there
really isn't anything funny about this issue.

In fact it is a damn shame that there isn't equal Justice or in some
cases no justice dolled out to certain groups of Americans, yeah
that's right I said Americans; you know; land of the free, home of
the brave and justice for all, where all men (people) are equal.

Yeah now you got it, This Country. Your country. Our Country.

The Natives of this land (Our country) were correct when they
almost unanimously stated that;
"the White Man speaks with forked tongue".

Please understand I believe this comment:
"White Man speaks with forked tongue" referred
to the Government, so I mean "not" to sound racists.

We all know the Natives words "forked tongue" implied "liars", right!

When it comes time for accountability; those in power misdirect the
responsibility; they deflect, alter or just plain deny the truth.... and
they seem to get away with this the greater percentage of the time.

I don't know how this affects others; though I have ears to hear these
others I still can only assume how they really feel, that is until I see
that someone went postal, then I kinda get the point!

All I can tell you is, that when the cockroach gets away;
it affects me quite adversely.

Though I am a social being, I find myself in retreat every time an
incident occurs where and when accountability is not wrought
against the perpetrators of the failure.

Since I am expected to be accountable, I expect all others to likewise
be accountable.

Each and every time a denial of responsibility or a failure to produce
accountability is reported, I become more and more disillusioned;
especially with the failures being reported more and more often.

Unfortunately, Our Police and Governmental agencies are generally
thought of by most to be corrupt and seemingly untouchable.

The People have become quite skeptical of our police and
governmental agencies responses to the many allegations of
improper procedures, or inappropriate activities and behaviors.

These responses are purely designed to cover and protect...
The Agencies!

The police agencies hide behind "internal review" and "vehemently"
refuse to give any information concerning "their alleged" improper
and inappropriate activities; unless it is pried from them through
the courts; and if it be through the "Civil" courts with by out
settlements with the plaintiff's (most likely were former defendants)
there is usually a "gag order stipulation" attached to keep the
improper activity secret.

Each Governmental Agency, whether it be Municipal, County, State or
Federal; including Congressional and also Presidential Administrations,
have proven methods and procedures to be utilized in the cover up of their
improper activities from deep scrutiny. ( I think the roaches taught them)

Why do The People want or need to know?

Simply put, to hold those responsible, accountable.

Because "WE The People" have to be responsible and accountable
for our actions, therefore "We" require the same responsibility from
those that serve us.

Perform the duty correctly and completely, or else
suffer the consequences....that is unless you are able to:
hide the truth, deny the truth, or create a scapegoat to pin
the failure on!

It is the responsibility of those in government to;
accomplish their tasks.

Some of these are directed to be "The Watchmen";
these should take heed; of Ezekiel, 33.

To the Watchman:
"If you see the enemy of the Lord (land) approach the city and
blow the trumpet of warning;
those that hear the trumpet and flee (or prepare) will be safe".

"Those that hear the trumpet and do not heed the warning will die;
and their blood will not be on the Watchman's hands".

"If the Watchman sees the enemy of the Lord approaching the city
and sounds not the trumpet of warning to its inhabitants;
all will die and their blood will be on the Watchman's hands".

"Knew or should have known" are words stated in every personal injury
lawsuit and also in many criminal cases.

You always hear these words mentioned by the plaintiffs attorney or
the prosecuting attorneys directed at the defendants;
and so it should be.

The same should also be applied in the matters of "Event 91101".

Strange, before "Event 91101" and "The Patriot Act";
The F.B.I., The C.I.A., and the S.S.A., stated:
"they couldn't" share information with each other!

There are those agencies and personnel in authority who stated:
"they didn't know" because of this inability to "share information".

But check this out; if the President collects all of the information from:
The F.B.I. and The C.I.A. and The S.S.A, then it would seem that
President G.W. Bush and "His Administration" should have or
should have been able to put all of the "pieces" of the information
puzzle together and see the total picture, right?

Oh please!

OK, I want you to think back to your school years.

Remember when you had a writing assignment due for homework
and you turned in the work your sister did for you!

And do you remember when you got caught, how much trouble you
got into for cheating, yeah cheating;
AIN'T that what it was and still is?

Soooo;......what about the President?

I am not just talking about G. W. Bush, but all of them.

Come on now, aren't we talking about the most powerful person
in the country....can't they produce their own words?

I recently learned that L.B. Johnson's little speech; his first to
the Country after President J. F. Kennedy's death, was
written by a female writer on behalf of the people of this nation.

It was "her" compassion that helped steer the country
through the turmoil. Her compassion, "not" L.B.J's.

As you watch Johnson speak, you can plainly see he is reading
the words, not producing them from his heart.

Soooo....The question is....Why is it so important to learn to
write, or to be eloquent in speech, when all we really need to
learn is; how to read well?

Also, why do we punish our children for the same offences
committed by our Presidents? Why? Why?

Because it's the right thing to do!

How else will they (the children) learn to do things for themselves.

You didn't get the grade for your sisters work and
neither should the Prez!

Sooo....Talk to us Mr. President. Just tell us whats on your mind

They should be dedicated to the people;
all the people.

They should be a person who believes;
what is right should be,
and what is wrong should not.

They are one who understands:
the Country they represent;
"is not"above any other Country;
illustrating the true sense of equality.

They are friends to all others.

They would be a steadfast person who would
not relent; unless they feel they are wrong.

They would believe the almighty power of the fist
should be held back, until sound, reliable and
indisputable proof can be produced to determine
and declare war and that there is;
no other Avenue to travel to insure the security and
safety of the people they represent:
not only "their" country's citizenry;
but also their allies citizenry.

They without pause;
will increase the prosperity to those they serve and
to those who depend upon their charities.

They would be diligent purveyors of the truth;
believing the truth will keep us free:

Free of deceit.
Free of corruption.
Free of fear from retribution resulting from:
lies and falsehoods.
Free of contempt from others in the world.

They would gladly lock arms with their allies,
helping to insure that:
all of those in the world who also desire freedom,
may attain it, but only at the request of the oppressed
and only through intense diplomacy and negotiation.
Never by force unless it is determined by a unanimous
consensus of opinion by a World Wide Authority;
that force is absolutely necessary and paramount to
insure the safety and security of the oppressed peoples.

If war is ever truly necessary; they;
would not "go it alone"
but would gather the strength and wisdom
of their allies together, to face their adversaries
with a shield of honor and dignity; and by
wielding the ultimate weapon of righteousness.

They would not take the pain and sufferings of
others lightly, but will instead do their utmost
to alleviate the problems and not give vain rhetoric.

They would fully realize their frailties and
strive for perfection daily.

They would be one whom would not stay or
cover the mouths of peaceful dissent;
believing the objection to be in earnest and
they would be hard pressed
to uphold freedom of speech understanding,
it is the right of the people even though the dissent
may be in direct objection or opposition to
their own directives.

They would believe fairness and equality;
are the basis of a sound society and consequently
would practice these virtues religiously.

They would be one whom the the people they lead,
can put their total faith in; believing that their leader
will tender the same great care to them and theirs,
as if it were it were his or hers very own.

They would thoroughly and completely believe;
that treating others the way "they themselves"
wish to be treated is the the most sound advice and
applies this model to their own life with impunity.

They would be courageous under fire.

These same attributes should also apply to:
"any servant" to the people and also to:
"the people themselves";
with me, first and foremost included!

When you Judge, Judge righteously.

To the sitting President of The United States;

You had 8 long years to prove yourself and
with all due respect, I believe you were not and

I can't recall which cable news channel I heard this comment on,
as I bounce around "all of them" trying to gain a greater perspective
of a situation.

The comment:
"The Israeli's have requested The United States Of America to
quickly ship more missiles to Israel".

Why?

So they, "Israel" will have the tools necessary to continue
"their war campaign" against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

In other words, Israel wishes the United States to basically;
overnight (FED EX style) the clout to win the bout!

It appears that not only is The United States "not" trying to
broker peace; they are on the other hand;
brokering weapons deals with Israel!

As if the warmongers are not making enough money off the
War in Iraq; now they are trying to "make a killing" (no pun intended)
off of the massive amounts of ordinance Israel is dropping on Beirut.

Just think of all the monies to be made rebuilding Beirut "AGAIN"!

And the united States condemns Iran & Syria for supplying Hezbollah
with their munitions; imagine that!

I cannot get over the hypocrisy you people issue from your mouths.
"All" you dirty rotten war mongering beasts make me sick.

"This" is not a matter of pre-emptive forgiveness. You have to see the

Jesus is not only The Christ of the Hebrew peoples(Jews) but also

Christ "is not" Jesus last name, Christ is his "TITLE" as in:

Of course the Jews do not believe this; on the contrary they,
the Jews are still looking for their Messiah to come.

This person is to be the "one" who shall save them from
utter destruction; the "one" whom they will finally
bow down to; only to be terribly and totally deceived.

All those who have knowledge and understanding of these things,
also know neither hell or high water will stop or change the events
of the coming times. Some say these times are the end times.

The battle between Isaac and Ishmael will in time come to an end
and the earth will cry out no longer of "their" spilled blood, but
that time is not yet; however it would seem it is very close at hand.

One might find it odd, that America, which is primarily a
Christian nation defends Israel.

Why does America seem to support Israel even when it appears to
the rest of the World that Israel may be wrong, even dead wrong.

Perhaps America is in collusion with Israel for a more covert reason.
Don't think for one minute The U.S. Government truly cares one bit
about the souls of the Israelites.

Even though America is primarily "Christian", the Government itself
"is not" and according to U.S. Constitutional Law through the separation
of church and state provisions; The Government "cannot" take
the Christian position.

The "true Christian position" is quite simple, it is peaceful in nature;
"Blessed are the peace makers".

However "Christy" is a completely different derogatory connotation
placed upon Christians, who waged war and conquered nations in
the name of Jesus.

This same type separation or differentiation can also be applied to
the Jewish peoples in that it is written "there are those amongst you,
who say they are Jews, but are not".

I believe these may be called Zionist Jews.

The word "Christ" is the root word for Christian

Christians believe "they" are actually "Jews" by adoption!

The term Christ is based on the Judaic religion(faith), which
stems from the Jewish Patriarch, Abraham.

It was Abraham's strong, constant and complete faith in
His God that the whole Judaic concept is based and also the
initial prophecy of the sacrifice that; God Himself would provide.

The Old Testament, which is also called the "Torah", illustrates the
history of the trials and tribulations of The Hebrew peoples and also
records The Promises and Prophecies of their God, their Father.

The main and most important blessing being;
The everlasting Blessing of God to Abraham and to all his seed.

In the Prophecies, their was to be "One" who would be
"The Christ" or "Messiah"of the Hebrew Peoples.

Christ meaning "savior".

All Hebrews who are of the actual bloodlines of Abraham are Jewish.
Any and all other human beings are called Gentiles.

Gentiles were considered to be outside of the everlasting Blessing of
God to Abraham.

The "New Testament" is the recordings of the life and ministries of
one called Jesus and also the beginnings of "The Christian Doctrines";
including the Prophecy of "The Revelation" of John.

It is this Jesus who claimed the prophecy of the coming of
"The Messiah" was fulfilled through him!

The Jews "DID NOT BELIEVE THIS".

It was this "UNBELIEF" that ultimately led to the death
of this man Jesus; this man said to be of virgin birth,
the same virgin birth prophesied in the Sacred writings
of "The Torah".

It was also Old Testament Prophecy as it is written;
"that He, The Messiah would come into his own and
his own would know him not".

Again The Old Testament Prophecy states;
"that He, The Messiah" would be killed and after three days
would defeat death and raise from the grave.

It is The "New Testament" recordings that state;
the fulfillment of these Prophecies.

There once was a King who planned a wedding feast for his son
and he invited many prominent, well known and important of
the city to attend via his servants. These invited, humiliated and
did great harm to the Kings servants, thereby refusing to attend.

The King then sent his servants to the city to invite any and all
who would come; both rich and poor, great or small.

The first invitation was to the Hebrews (Jews).

The second invitation was to the Gentiles.

To who so ever believe that Jesus is "The Christ" will receive
The Promise of the Blessing of God to Abraham.

Hence; "Jewish" by adoption.

God is not a respecter of specific persons, but to all
who believe in His Son Jesus.

There are true Abraham bloodline Jews who believe that
Jesus is The Son Of God and their Christ. These are called
"JEWS FOR JESUS!

Unbelief is "the greatest sin"!

It is the "unbelief of the Jews" that Jesus,
was and is their Christ that impedes their ability to receive
the promise of their God.

It is only by your faith in the Son Jesus, you will receive
the fulfillment of "The Promise of The Father".

Now comes the present incursion of Palestine (Gaza) Jan. 09.

Obviously the Israeli retributive attacks against Hezbollah and
the destruction wrought against Beirut, Lebanon happened on
George W, (Long Shanks) Bush's watch;
as well as Israels present campaign against Ha'mas and
the destruction wrought in Gaza, Palestine.

The world is fully aware of the "disproportionate" action taken
by Israel against Ha'mas and the Palestinian people.

The World is also aware of the innocent death toll,

The Bill Of Rights;
"does not guarantee our rights",
it merely states the rights of the citizens
"our governing body must respect".

It is part of a formula for the creation and
existence of complete freedom.

It is "We The People" who guarantee
"these rights" to "We The People"!

Take "one component" from this formula and
you know longer have "complete freedom".

An "unlawful invasion of our privacy" by
any means "denudes total freedom" and
therefore life in America becomes a fraud;
thereby making vain the sacrifices of those who
gave their lives protecting "total freedom".

The almighty power of the government instrument
known as "The Patriot Act" most certainly
affords too much control to any commander
who wishes to wield this tool.

The institution of this act spells out:

The constitutionality of "The Patriot Act",
is at the very least in deep question and is
the main focal point and debate by many
staunch constitutionalists, who have
challenged and are presently challenging

Governments main duty is to: "insure"
total freedom of "ALL THE PEOPLE";
not to suppress or deny freedoms.

Anyone "sworn" into government is:

This is imperative.

and if it be in a conspiratorial manner;

PART- #1. Right or Wrong

At one time The Three RRR'S meant:
Reading, Writing and Arithmatic!

Is'nt it just a little strange that The Three RRR'S did'nt even stand for
the correct words. Yeah right ; cause instead of The Three RRR's it
should have been RWA, which of course stands for:
Reading, Writing and Arithmatic; not Right Wing ASSociate!

There is the right, there is the left and of course there is the correct way.
I am not sure even after all this time, that "anyone really" knows the way.

We think we know the way and we say "your wrong" and then you say
"no your wrong" and though we both seem to have some understanding,
it seems there is not a solid base to stand on for either.

Consequently, we continue to argue, debate, fight and even go to war
with each other over our differences simply because of this confusion.

Please correct me if I am wrong; I thought this grouping of states we call:
The United States Of America was supposed to be founded on Democracy.

Democracy means to me, that a proposition , or a way is brought before
"the people" for evaluation, debate and a vote. "After" the vote, the vote
is counted and the "majority" of the votes either yeah or nay decides
whether the proposition or way is adopted into the social fabric or rejected.

I almost said, soundly rejected and then thought there have been at times
"sound" propositions or ways that have been rejected by the people!
Go figure!

If we are supposed to be a Democratic nation, then why is there
so much confusion?

Is the war in Iraq justified? Some say yes and some say no!

Who is correct?

Is any war justified? Some say yes and some say no!

The yes group most likely feels as I do, that if someone or a group of
somebodys decided what is mine should be theirs; such as my belongings,
my family, my way of life, or my freedom; then I would feel I have
the right to defend againast the "tyranny". Thus "justified"!

I believe this defensive action to be "honorable".

By the way, if you were my neighbor and you were in the "no justification"
for war group, I would defend you if you needed defence, cause thats
what neighbors are supposed to do; right? Some say yes and some say no!

Although I believe in peace and do desire peace, I realize the truth;
which is, there are definately those in the world who believe what is mine
should be theirs and what is yours should be theirs and make no mistake
about it, these will not hesitate to, by any means;
take ours and make it theirs.

So now that we have established "my personal view" on war, can we get
to the question which is; do I believe the war in Iraq is justified?

Answer: NO, NO, NO,etc.

Don't believe your lying eyes and ears!

Believe the fact, that there are not and were not any:
WMD's (Weapons Of Mass Destruction)!

Believe that the war in Iraq, called "Operation Iraqi Freedom" implies what?
That the Iraqi people needed liberation.

They indeed did need liberation, however did "they" want liberation
enough to "take it" and make it so?

No, "they" did not.

Why not?

Because they were weak with the fear of retribution from
their dictatorial leader Saddam Hussein, if "they" stood up against him
and his regieme. I do not fault theese people for their fear.

So there is two purported reasons for the war in Iraq:
One reason, which was suppossed to be "THE REASON" is;
The WMD"s which have yet to be found.

The second reason is, The Democratization of Iraq.
A free and democratic Iraq was according to the architects of this war;
was supposed to stabilize "the region".

Which of these two reasons is the real reason?

Which of these two reasons are "righteous reasons" for
the United States Of America to engage in a pre-emptive first strike war
against the soverign nation of Iraq?

I say neither of these reasons are or were righteous.
Self righteous perhaps, but most definately not righteous.

Even if Saddam Hussein"HAD WMD"s" (which he did not), and he hated
America (which he did); was this reason enough to initiate a
first strike scenario?

NO.

What if the Saddam Hussein attacked The United States?

Yes, kick his ass!

Though the people of Iraq were oppressed and fearful, I believe toppling
Saddam Hussein's regieme by aggression was not righteous or
for that matter legal.

So, I believe the War in Iraq is wrong, illegal and I believe the invitation
George W. (Long Shanks) Bush sent to the Angel Of Death to
come and party was fucked up!

PART #2. Were Winning

Now let me get this straight; even with the combined military Coalition forces
armed with U.S. Air support, including F-15s, F-16s, Wart Hogs,
Apache Helos, Commanche helos, Black Hawk helos, Abrahms tanks,
Armored Hummers, Bradley personel carriers, heavy artillery,
cruise missles, computer aided satelite surveilance and guidance systems,
Hellfire armed drone aircraft, etc. and with over 175,000 extremely
well trained, well nuourished troops and a 8 billion dollar a month war chest,

EVEN STILL; The War in Iraq has still claimed,
ON AVERAGE EACH AND EVERY MONTH, FOR THE PAST 39 MONTHS:
60 American soldiers lives,
120 Iraqi soldiers and police lives,
641 innocent Iraqi civilian lives, including men, women and children.
?# of the alleged enemies lives.
Wounded and severely maimed 513 American soldiers and
countless more civillians, not only physically but also spiritually.

Over 33,000 dead people = 28,000 gallons of blood
probally enough to fill your pool!
swimming anybody?

With a monetary price tag of $1,700,000,000.00
thats 1 Trillon 700 Billion dollars and counting.

All this from fighting an enemy that ;
has NO air support,
NO heavy tanks or artillery,
who use mini pickup trucks instead of armored Humvees,
whose primary weapons are 39mm assualt rifles and IED's mostly
made from ordinace that "the Coalition Forces" failed to secure!

Due to this "shamefull failure" if I was a corral full of
Donkeys and Elephants, I would be ashamed to eat my daily ration of
straw provided by their Corporate Warmonger Zoo Keepers, who seem
to absolutely love this war!

What is a Warmonger?
My definition; it is someone who believes war is "OK" and some how
reaps a reward from it.

What possible reward can come frow the waging of a war?

There is one reward that sticks out in my mind and this is;
MONEY and lots of it!

Of course we have all heard how "money is the root of all evil", but
check it out; it is not money that is the root of al evil, it is the
"love" of money" which is the root of all evil.

I am sure you've heard;
"if you want to find out who is the culprit of some scam, follow the money".

Show me the Money! Show me the $1,700,000,000.00

Who stands to gain from war?
Unfortunately the whole country in some way, mostly because war
drives the economy well; very well as a matter of fact.

Some people say war is "great" for the economy and they are
absolutely correct.

I personally, would prefer an economy driven by love and understanding
rather than by hate and confusion.

It is the war(s) that are presently keeping the U.S. afloat. Without these
wars, because of all of the other failures of The Bush Administration,
Our Magnaminous Congress (who sold us out) and The Corporate Giants
who now own us, the country would most likely fall flat on it's face.

Of course there are those in our society who more directly reap the
rewards and stand to gain much more than most from the building of
nations and the spilling of blood.

These are the Kings and Queens of the "profiteers"; those that
suck the cream from the "Governments tits" as if it were the
very elixir of life itself!

These and "their families" are quite secure, but by such a nasty means
to an end I would say.

Those who own so very much, seem to have so very little of
what is truly important. We must educate their children of this sadness.

I am sure you feel it is "these" who should be blamed and you are quite
right, for it is these , who for their selfishness and greed disease our
nations body and thus instigate this bloody diarrhea called war.

Unfortunately this does not wash clean our blood stained hands;

Where have all the Billions gone?

The next time you look at your bank statement, find where it states
the dollar amount balance. This may be where some of the
$1,700,000,000 is!

NO WAY. YES WAY and by the way, that beautiful home you own or
are purchasing; yep some of the billions may be in it and yes of course
that hot to go sporty car and the college fund for your sons and daughters
and the steak and lobster dinner you consumed last night and the boat
and the doctors bills and the hospital bills and the electricity and the
gasoline and the clothier and the taxes and the etc.!

With every war there is the theaters of the war, the players and the tools
of which there are the bullets, cases and powder for the small arms and
artillery; the bombs, rockets, mortars and grenades; and then there are
all of the delivery components such as ships, missiles, planes, trucks,
tanks, and trains, etc.; and then there is all of the manufacturing factories
necessary to create these marvels of destruction and their counter parts.
Then there is the materials and support systems like food, clothing, fuel

Tell the guy who makes the bombs the war is over and he is now
out of a job; yeah right!

He just might tell you someone needs to start a new war, cause
he needs his job to feed his family and you could bet good money he is
a good father, loves: his wife, his children, his community and his country.

He also would most likely tell you he is very patriotic and he might even
use that old cliche "love it or leave it"!

Explain to someone the company they work for is a war mongering
company and they will argue with you and say NO WAY, cause they
only make one small metal part; how could they be making a living on
war and then you tell them: that the small metal part just so happens
to be a key component for a trigger mechanizm for a cruise missle
launcher or some other ungodly weapon designed to do one specfic
thing, which is to kill.

I lived in a small bustling city on the Ohio, in West "by God" Virginia;
near another community that, oh by the way; did have a manufacturing
plant that made components for the M-14 rifle.

This piece delivers a 308 caliber bullet; one of the NATO rounds.

The M-14 is a great weapon, super accurate, and it kills well.

I wonder how many in that community realized this fact?

PART #3. "I didn't know"!

I can't believe how ignorant and naive I was in 1968.
What in the hell was wrong with me?
"Join the Navy and see the world"!

I not only took the offering but also the line, the hook and the pole
as well; the same pole I feel "they"royally screwed me with.

On my 18th birthday, I joined the U.S. Navy. It was 1968.
At the end of May I entered "boot camp" and after graduation I was
to become a jet mechanic and was placed on my first duty station;
an aircraft carrier.

On January 1st, 1969, at about 8:00AM, one of Americas prime warships,
The USS Kitty Hawk, CVA 63 departed San Diego for
The Gulf Of Tonkin and helped drop bombs on Viet Nam
(and who knows where else), all year long.

Tons and Tons of death and destruction.

These bombs of which my hands touched, indiscrimanantly killed:
the alleged enemy, the Viet Cong and also through "friendly fire",
they killed American soldiers, allied soldiers, and innocent civillian men,
women and children.

Even if I had never touched a single bomb, because of my participation
and support of "the almighty war machine", my hands would still be
stained red from "the blood of the dead"; but since I helped bring
these death devices on board, the shade of bright crimson shall
forever tint my vision.

Do I claim victimization? Absolutely!

Does this now mean my words should not be heard or even spoken?

Earlier I stated I believed I got "shafted" by joining the Navy. Nobody
made me join, this is true. There was a draft at the time, but this was not
my motivation either.

I truly believe it was the sense of adventure that was the main motivator
for my decision and as it was to others, the service was just a means
to an end.

What end? A vehichle to transport "us" out of the norm, you know;
breaking out to ourselves, leaving the old behind, experiencing the
new and unknown.

Nothing evil or malicious; we were just lost wanting to be found.

I was so blinded by the needs of "myself", I could not see the "reality"
of the times.

Some did know what was going on and thank God they stood up for and
spoke out loudly and proudly their convictions. I only wish I would have
seen and understood the reality of that time, cause I am sure knowing
what I know now, I most definately would not have swallowed the bait
and bait is exactly what it was and still is.

The U.S.Government baits it's most vulnerable citizens; it's youth and
economically challenged, to "join up" for cash, or a better job, or a better
future, or some promise; anything to get them to sign on the dotted line,
so they will have the power to either use or abuse; mostly abuse.

The Viet Nam war was definately abuse and so is the present and past
war in Iraq.

PART #4. THE RRR,S DEFINED

During the Viet Nam War, there was a peaceful movement calling for
a "revolution" and an end to the Great Debacle that I believe would have
eventually suceeded earlier had it not been for a group of anti-war activist
known as the "Weathermen". "Their" goal to end the senseless killing
was "undone" by their violence. It has been said that "their" organization
was infiltrated by some who brought on the violence; either way, the
violence played against the desired outcome.

Though The "Weathermen" had good intentions, the whole anti-war
movement was hindered by their violence.

The "Weathermen" were not the only distractions to the anti-war
movement; there was alsothe racial divide, civil rights, abortion,
the womens liberation movement, drugs, the sexual revolution and
the basic questioning of "The Establishment's" values and authority.

All of these and more needed to be addressed, but I believe these
might have worked against each other and may have been the
reason why the anti-war movement wasn't more timely, effectual
and successful.

They say "hind sight is 20/20"!

Looking back should reveal all of the mistakes and weaknesses of a
movemnent and this clarity of vision should be the means by which
future movements may prevail.

Do not cloud the issues that are priority, by opening another front.
This is the means by which the establishment causes confusion;
confusion causes failures.

If you do not wish to succeed, itwould be better for the movement
that you did not even participate and woe to the enemy of the
movement or the traitor to the movement.

I say woe and that may imply to the reader that some sort of
violent demise might fall upon the enemy of the movement or
the traitor of the movement; "believe it not", for the movement
should always be "non-violent".

However, I must confess that when I see film of
peaceful protesters getting the shit beat out of them by
heavily armed, heavily armored, club toting, badge wearing
herds of people acting more like domineering pigs; I get a
little anxous and upset.

And, I must also confess, that when I see one of these acosted
peaceful protesters "pushed beyond patients", then retalliate and
score a direct hit square on the nose of one of these beasts,
it makes me want to jump up and shout out;
Yeah, "give it to him", that dirty bastard deserves it.

Governing
Society

insolence; arrogant, going beyond due bounds,

I know I would be wrong to engage in this activity and I know
I must remain strong and "not" give in to these drives or desires to
retaliate, however this is the "great dillema" we face:

"THEY" know we do not want to engage them and knowing this,
"some of them" who are beastly and dedicated to violence, will ; either
shoot or beat "some of us" to death anyway!

This is not a game; remember those at:

Jackson State
Berkley
Columbia University
Paris,
Prauge,
Mexico city,
Tienaman Square.

No, of course I don't have all the answers, but I do know this:
If you think something is "not right", you should do something
about it; not only for your benefit but also for mine and that I
should do likewise for you.

If you believe and I believe the same and we stand together, then we
are twice the adversary; if you have a friend and I have a friend that
also belive as you and I, then we are four and then more and then
many more, untill we are a great multitude standing together in
unity speaking up, speaking out and speaking on
for whatever the need in harmony.

The Viet Nam anti-war protest was righteous in it's core and
I believe we need to get back to the righteousness of that day.

This War in Iraq, is wrong and make no mistake about it;
this war is not only nother Viet Nam, it is worse!

At yesterdays writing I added the suicidal script to the post script.
Last night I called a friend to say hello and I heard this message:

This is Cliff S...., this is my last message.
On November 20th, I took my own life.

That was all I heard. I thought it was some kind of prank my
witty friend was pulling, but in my heart I worried.

I then called another whom was also a friend to this wonderful
person named Cliff and left a message asking him whats up and
that I was worried about Cliff.

I then, within five minutes received a call back and was told
Cliff had been dead for the past 20 days.

Of course I was crushed. Suicide not only kills the one who takes
their own life, it also kills the future of those they leave behind.
So please, to those of you who are considering taking your own life;
consider even more; the spirit of those who love and care about you.

My friend Cliff was not a soldier or even involved with this ugly and
unjust war; he was just a very unhappy and lonely man.

Please, help make someone happy.

The Flag Of The United States Of America,
the very symbol of the cause;
should never touch the ground or be disrespected.

The cause is righteousness, the basis of freedom.

The flag of America;
this symbol known throughout the world,
though dearly loved, it is also bitterly hated.
Therefore, as an American,
"I" am loved and hated!

It is the righteousness;
that the people of the world loved and respected.

"WE THE PEOPLE",
are not the authors of this righteousness;
"WE" are only the benefactors,
it is up to us to share it with each other.

To me the flag always meant;
that "WE" would never be the aggressor,
that "WE" would always be a defender.

The "pre-emptive strike"
on the sovereign nation of Iraq,
was an aggressive act militarily and
an aggressive act against not only "my beliefs",
but also against the beliefs of "Our Founding Fathers".

Many of us as citizens are quite skeptical
of "OUR" governments activities;
how much more so is the rest of the world?

Some of us as citizens fight to protect
our constitutional values from being corrupted;
but many American citizens
do nothing to promote our creed,
or for that matter their very "own" rights!
It is "these";
who when gathered together form great multitudes.
It is also "these";
who by not taking a stand
unduly burden the rest.

Those of the world who loved America,
loved her for "HER" precepts of freedom.

By becoming the first strike aggressor,
the world has lost faith in America and therefore
lost faith in us as American citizens,
believing that all of us are aggressors.

All aspects of vital importance,
including the "real"
gravity and depth of the potential threat;
should have been defined and shared with
"WE THE PEOPLE".

"WE" deserve as much from "OUR" government...
IF NOT MORE!

An open national debate should have preceded
a special national vote of the people,
to determine and profess,
a true consensus of opinion and desire.

"WE THE PEOPLE" are
the checks and balance system
of "OUR" government.

"WE THE PEOPLE" are the "responsible parties";
if "WE" accept the "glory",
shall "WE" not;
also be obligated to accept the "blame"?

The refusal of "a government" / "any government",
to convey to it's people the complete agenda,
is in itself an act of deception.

Deception breeds distrust and skepticism;
skepticism breeds contempt; contempt breeds dissent;
dissent breeds rebellion;
rebellion breeds revolution and violence;
violence breeds blood shed; and as we all know,
bloodshed breeds flies;
millions of them and their maggots
feed on the flesh of both;
the innocent and the guilty,
the just and the unjust.

If it is an"offence"
to drag America's flag on the ground;
how much greater is the offence,
now that
"HER" precious red, white and blue gown
has been put through the shredder and
"SHE" now lies naked and bruised,
in the sight of all mankind.

If "OUR" nation "is" or "was" ever in
"grave danger",
"WE" should "fight the good fight"
to the death.

In the stead;
By "giving up" on "OUR" BELIEFS AND STANDARDS,
"WE" have committed "suicide.

Give "US" the TRUTH
that enables "US" to make sound decisions.

To say you have the right to do,
does not make what you do right.

"To differ in opinion is our right,
To differ from the truth is our fault"

7. OBITUARY
.......IN PASSING......

After 226 years, 7 months and 15 days of life;
On March 19th, 2003, at 7:12pm est.: America....."The Beautiful" died.

The World watched with shock and awe, as her assisted suicide was
wrought, at the hand of her commander in chief....G.W.(Long Shanks) Bush.

Though "she" was conceived and born through much travail and
aggression, "her" wonderful precepts of freedom, justice and liberty for all,
were made tangible by the signing of:

The Declaration Of Independence
The U.S. Constitution
The Bill Of Rights

For 226 years, generations of "her" citizens, many of whom;
ruined and sacrificed their lives defending her glorious precepts;
strove forward through time, with hope and purpose;
based upon one important belief:

TO NEVER BE THE AGGRESSOR, AGAINST ANY OTHER,
FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT: LEGITAMATE WAR SCENARIOS.

Of Americas Wars there have been many:
The Wars with the Native Peoples of "Her" Borders,
The American Revolutionary War, The War of 1812, The Civil War,
The Spanish American War, the Mexican War,
World War I, World War II, The Korean War, The Viet Nam War,
The "Cold War" , The War in Grenada, The Gulf War; "Iraq",
The War in Bosnia, The War in Afganistan, and now again,
The War in "Iraq": "Operation Iraqi Freedom"

It is by this device, "Operation Iraqi Freedom" that "SHE",
America...."The Beautiful" has perished.

By becoming the"First Strike Agressor",
America....."The Beautiful" gave up the ghost and passed into infamy.

Many of the World, long believing in "her" shinning precepts of
Freedom and Democracy, took example and followed suit,
to hopefully attain the same great rewards.

Now, these many mourn at "her" passing and so they should;
for at her last gasp, "she" took with "her" to the grave, peace.

Oh peace, most beautiful peace;
you too are gone from the earth.

Will you ever visit us again?
Come back to us please, we beg of you.

At this solemn moment;
one wishes to deny the truth, saying "NO" this is not possible:
for one says, I have seen "her" here and
yet another says; I have seen "her" there!
But these are lies based upon futile hope. Believe it not,
for: "She" is gone......"She" has passed......"She" is not.

To those of you who contributed to "her" demise;
your guilt is obvious, your sentence "I" can not pass.

To those of you who tried desperately to save "her", though in vain;
I salute you.

It is now time to say goodbye:

So bye, bye Miss American pie;
drove their Humvee's to the desert,
in the desert they died.

and good "ole" boys were drinking whiskey and rye;
as the bombs fell down through the sky;
as the bombs fell down "she" died.

Now, the stench of "her" rotting carcase offends the nostrills of all the world.

On that terrible day, March 19th, 2003, that which made America "Beautiful";
"her" righteous heart;.......quit beating......and "her" soul now lay in the ashes.

Whether "her" spirit can rise up from the ashes like
the mythical creature Phoenix, remains to be seen.

These are words I have been given, are they;
more than sentiment, or mere opinion?
